Consumer forum raps furniture shop
BANGALORE, June 18: Touch Wood, a furniture shop in the Peenya Industrial Estate, here, has been directed by the Bangalore Urban district consumer disputes redressal forum to pay up Rs 15,700 to a consumer, as it was found deficient in service. According to the complainant, C Santhanam, Touch Wood has delivered poor quality wood door shutters and even the replaced shutters were inferior.
