CHENNAI, June 20: Tamil organisations such as the Pannattu Thamizhuravu Manram, Thalainagar Thamizh Sangam and Thamizh Chandor Peravai have urged the Centre to intervene in the problems of the Sri Lankan Tamils, and pressurise the country to stop killing fishermen from Tamil Nadu. They have also appealed to the Centre to provide foos and drugs to the Tamils in the island country.
