BANGALORE, June 23: The fourth National Games, which ended in Bangalore recently, resulted in the city being richer by several new stadia and other facilities, but as far as finances go, it was a failure, going by the information provided by minister of state for youth affairs and services, Ajaykumar Sarnaik. He said even the commercial time on Doordarshan could not be sold.
