BANGALORE, June 23: The Directors of Sithara Farms and Resorts Ltd. and Carnatic Agro Dairy Farms have reportedly absconded, cheating depositors of large sums of money. The Managing Director, K L Ashok and his associates and relatives, had fled after disposing of the firms' moveable and immoveable assets, the marketing manager of the company, Narayana Murthy, said. The company had launched various schemes, including supply of rice at Rs 2 a kg and milk at Rs 2 a litre.
