BANGALORE, June 23: The birth centenary of veteran freedom fighter Talakere Subramanya is to be celebrated at the Banquet Hall of the Vidhan Soudha on July 2. Subramanya served as President of the Mysore State Congress and Constituent Assembly of Mysore. The celebrations are to be inaugurated by former President R Venkataraman.
