CHENNAI, June 30: The first batch of thirty exporting units in Chennai have been granted certificates of recognition as Export Houses by the Commerce Ministry, under the new decentralisation scheme to award these certificates at the level of Joint Directors-General of Foreign Trade (JDGFTs).
