CHENNAI, July 4: A five-member committee headed by R Varadarajulu, member secretary, High Level Committee for Administrative Reforms and Prevention of Corruption, has been appointed to select a vice-chancellor for the Alagappa University, Karaikudi. The committee is to recommend three names.
