CHENNAI, July 4: The work on the proposed winch costing Rs 2.5 crore for the Tiruchi 'Malai Kotai' temple is expected to being soon, according to HR & CE Minister, Thamizhkudimagan. The work was being delayed due to legal hurdles, which is to be set right soon, he said.
