MUMBAI, July 5: Central Railway Mumbai Division continued their winning streak in the MDFA JC Maitra Cup played at the St Xavier's Ground, Parel. In the pre-quarter-final today they outclassed Hearts 3-0. Anil Pardesi pumped in two goals while Thomas Castellino scored one. The railwaymen now meet Chembur English in the quarter-finals.

Savio D'Souza and Keenan Oliver scored a goal each as Cafe Royal beat 7B Star 2-0 in a Division III match.

Bombay Republicans and Fatima Beach Boys were concerned in a goalless draw in a Division II match at the same venue.

DISTRICT TT: The Mumbai Suburban District Table Tennis Association has announced its 1st District Championship to be held from the July 14 to 20. Shahaji Raje Bhosale Kreeda Sankul (Andheri Sports Complex) is the venue for the championship. The event is being conducted by Namrata Sports Association.
