Chances are you haven't ever heard of RR Financial. Yet, the fact is that the firm which is the broking arm of M/s Prasad & Co who are members of the Delhi Stock Exchange, has emerged as one of the top three merchant bankers when it comes to public issues. And when it comes to private placement of debt issues RR Fin get the top ranking. Of the total amount of Rs 15,934 crore of debt which was privately placed in the last financial year, RR Fin was one of the bankers in issues which accounted for over 58 per cent of the total raised. RR Fin also topped the league table for such placements for all-India and state level financial institutions and banks. It was the most favoured merchant banker for the debt issues of all Government institutions.
