More air services for India-Singapore route
CHENNAI, July 5: Singapore Airlines is likely to open up flights to Thiruvananthapuram, Bangalore and Hyderabad, in the wake of the proposed Government-level talks to be held on July 17 and July 18, for an official air services agreement between Singapore Airlines and the two Indian carriers, Indian Airlines and Air India. By increasing its services to South India, Chennai will have the fourth frequency to Singapore by Indian Airlines, according to IA's Deputy MaNnaging Director, P J Crasta.
