BANGALORE, JULY 6: The Karnataka Government has called for amendments in the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961, with a view to increase revenues for the urban local bodies and planning authorities. The amendment would provide more avenues to the urban local bodies to raise funds and for self-financing.
