CHENNAI, July 9: Jubilant students of the Nandanam Arts College, celebrating the college union victory, caused damage to three buses of the Chennai metro transport corporation as they sat atop and clung to the buses' sides in a joyride to the beach. According to sources in the transport corporation, the students, who were supported by a police official, demanded that the authorities provide them with three buses so they could travel to the Anna Square and back to the college to celebrate the victory.
