BANGALORE, July 8: The Bangalore City Corporation plans to employ the 'Delhi model' to check emission norm violators in the city, and will successively increase the fine levels for vehicles that have been caught repeatedly, according to the State minister for environment and ecology, Shivannanavar Basavaraja Neelappa. The BCC is to lauch a 15-day drive to check vehicular emission shortly, he added.
