18 injured in Delhi blasts

NEW DELHI, July 14: Eighteen persons including two women and a child were injured in two separate blasts in Blue Line buses in the walled city area of the capital tonight.

All the injured were rushed to the nearby LNJP hospital where the condition of one is serious, police said. The blasts occurred within a span of ten minutes. While the first took place in a Blue Line bus route number 302 plying between the ISBT and Shakarpur, around 2000 hours opposite the Red Fort, the second one occurred on route number 839 running between Old Delhi railway station and Uttam Nagar in the Kaudia Pul area of north Delhi.
