PUTTAPARTHI, July 16: Satya Sai Baba today inaugurated a World Youth Conference here, on the theme of "Truth and Dharma as a Way of Life". Addressing delegates from India and abroad, he stressed the importance of developing character in young men and women, to ensure the nation's well-being.
