CHENNAI, July 17: The Lions Club International District 324-A1 has identified the sight first programme, welfare of spastics and upgradation of schools for the under-privileged as some of the focus areas for the year. District Governor M V Raghunathan said a sum of Rs 30 lakh had been set apart for service projects in the seven focus areas.
