CHENNAI, July 17: The Cinema Express is introducing individual special awards this year, the golden jubilee of Indian cinema. Ten special awards will be presented, and recipients would include new talent and technicians, according to V Ramamurthy, editor of the magazine from the Indian Express stable. TN CM M Karunanidhi will felicitate the award winners and Nana Patekar will be the chief guest, for the function to be held here on September 20.
