BANGALORE, July 21: The Admar Mutt Education Foundation has set up the Poornaprajna Institute of Scientific Research near Devanahalli to search for talent in scientific research. The centre will offer four prestigious doctoral research posts where the candidates will be selected by a panel of scientists.
