Two more players for Sri Lanka to be selected today

MUMBAI, July 23: The National selectors, who are meeting here tomorrow to choose two extra players, will limit their selections to 13 probables who were left out from the list of 27 probables. Currently, the 14-member team is engaged in the Asia Cup and the Test tour commences immediately on its conclusion encompassing two tests and three internationals. The 13 probables are: wicket-keeper Nayan Mongia (Baroda); batsmen Vinod Kambli (Mumbai), VVS Laxman (Hyderabad), Ajay Sharma (Delhi), Hrishikesh Kanitkar (Maharashtra), S Sharath (Tamil Nadu), Amay Khurasia (MP) and Gagan Khoda (Rajasthan).
