BANGALORE, July 22: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Indian Institute of Science have launched a collaborative educational and research programme on 'Satellite Technology and its Applications'. The programme aims at developing scientific and technical manpower needed for space projects and to upgrade the knowledge of inservice scientists and engineers involved in space programmes. The programme also envisages collaboration with the International Space University, Strasbourg, France.
