NEW DELHI, July 25: The Supreme Court today stayed the arrest of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Laloo Prasad Yadav ``if he has not already been arrested'' till his anticipatory bail plea in the fodder scam comes up for hearing on July 29. The interim direction granting protection against arrest till the bail plea is disposed of was passed by a three-judge bench.
