TIRUNELVELI, July 24: The State president of the Tamil Nadu Brahmin Association (TAMBRAS), S Sriraaman, has called upon the State government to provide 20 percent reservation to forward communities in all educational institutions and government services. He also suggested shift systems in educational institutions in order to provide more opportunities for students of all communities.
