CHENNAI, July 24: The TN government will form a committee for issuing guidelines to corporations and municipalities for appointing agencies for removal of wastes, maintenance of sewages etc. The introduction of such agencies on an experimental basis in Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai Corporation has evoked encouraging response from people and chairpersons of some municipal towns are of the view of entrusting the task to private agencies.
