CHENNAI, July 25: The Madras High Court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to Thiagaraja Chettiar, MD, ELNET. He had apprehended arrest in two cases against him which include offences of criminal breach of trust, falsification of documents, forgery and cheating to the tune of Rs 7 crore.
