CHENNAI, July 25: The Association of University, Teachers (AUT) has expressed concern over the State's decision to permit starting 23 unaided arts and science colleges during the current year. At a time when unaided colleges were defying GOs regulating admission and fee structure, the government must review its decision, the association maintained.
