BANGALORE, July 25: The Karnataka High Court has upheld the appointment of B Shivlingaiah as the chairman of the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board. It might be noted that K V Bengeri, former chairman of the Board, had earlier filed a writ petition challenging the validity of the appoinment.
