NEW DELHI, July 29: The New Delhi Police arrested Fazlur Rehman (alias Ching Chong alias Tanvir) and Arun Tomar both members of Dawood Ibrahim and Irfan Goga's Dubai-based gang near Bhairon Mandir, Pragati Maidan, yesterday.

The duo and three others, Salma, Guddu and Anil, who managed to escape, were in the Capital to execute a kidnapping in South Delhi. But, according to DCP T N Mohan, they were maintaining a low profile following the kidnapping of Tarun Puri.
