CHENNAI, July 28: Exnora International has drawn a plan to desilt the sullage-choked Mambalam canal and to reduce the mosquito problems in a bid to make it a free-flowing carrier of rain and drain water. The actual cleaning work is carried out by members of the Indian Conservation Corps, a voluntary Exnora outfit, who are currently working on the half-kilometre stretch between Vijayaraghava Road and Theagaraya Road in T.Nagar.
