CHENNAI, July 30: The TN government move to allow the local governing bodies to control the noon meal centres in the State has been met with stiff opposition from the staff of the centres. Instead, the Tamil Nadu Nutritious Meal Employees' Association has suggested that a separate department be established exclusively to run the scheme.
