CHENNAI, August 3: TN will send a group of 50 freedom fighters to participate in the golden jubilee celebrations of Indian independence at New Delhi. The participants are to be drawn from 16 districts of the State and include three women. Meanwhile, 46 freedom fighters were honoured at a function in the city as part of the celebrations organised by the Mylapore Academy.
