CHENNAI, August 5: The Rajah Sir Muthaiah Chettiar Birthday Commemoration Award has been presented to noted sculptor V Ganapathi Stapathi. The award was presented in recognition of Stapathi's research work on the Mexican civilisation and its similarities with the Indian heritage. The award was presented by State education minister K Anbazhagan.
