BANGALORE, Aug. 4: Following the filing of more than 50 writ petitions challenging the legality of the state government notifications on the entry tax, the Karnataka High Court has ruled the notifications made on March 31, 1994 and March 31, 1997 null and void. The Court noted that the notifications contained disparities and had overstepped its jurisdiction.
