CALCUTTA, AUG 7: The CSE authorities have decided to declare three members - Radha Kishan & Sons, Vinay Kedia and Nidhi Goenka - defaulters for failing to clear their dues despite repeated reminders.

Top exchange sources said the decision taken by the defaulters sub committee a couple of days back will be put up for board approval shortly before proceeding towards settlement of claims lodged by aggrieved members.

It is learnt that the claims against Radha Kishan and Vinay Kedia are within manageable limits as they are less than Rs 10 lakh each and can be set off against their respective security deposits lying with the exchange.

But in the case of Nidhi Goenka, the exchange might have some problems in settling claims as the exposure of the member is close to almost Rs 25 lakh, reliable sources revealed.
