NEW DELHI, AUG 7: Indian Davis Cup pair of Mahesh Bhupathi and Leander Paes today entered the quarterfinals of the $ 2.3 million ATP Super-Nine Series Championship at Mason defeating the eighth-seeded US pair of Donald Johnson and Francisco Montana.

In a close second round, they won the first set 7-5, but lost the second 5-7 and finally came round to wrap up the third set and the game 7-5, 5-7, 6-4, according to information received here said.The Indian pair reached the second round with a 6-0, 6-4, win over Jack White (US) and Fernon Wibier (Netherlands) yesterday.
