BANGALORE, August 6: Dacoits struck on two trains -- the Bangalore-Chennai Mail and the Chennai-Bangalore Express -- within the space of 48 hours, near Bangarapet in Karnataka. The dacoits relieved passengers of gold jewellery, watches and other valuables, and escaped, after pulling the alarm chain at isolated spots in the wee hours.
