Rao, others claim constitutional immunity in JMM bribery case
Four of the 16 accused, including former prime minister P V Narasimha Rao who have sought quashing of charges framed against them in the multi-crore JMM MPs bribery case, have claimed constitutional immunity before the Delhi high court.

Heptulla targeted for RS fiasco
The Union government yesterday sought to hold Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairperson Najma Heptulla responsible for the fiasco on the Bill on the presidential and vice-presidential elections saying that she had extended the House beyond 5 p.m. ignoring opposition from the treasury benches.
