Punjab proposes Rs 13,500 cr for Ninth Plan

The Punjab government has proposed its Ninth Five-Year Plan at Rs 13,500 crore which would be more than double the Eighth Plan (Rs 6,570 crore). The draft plan is likely to be approved on Monday.
