BANGALORE, Aug. 11: The Union Textile Minister, R L Jalappa, has said that the Centre would soon introduce an interest free loan scheme for silk spinning activities. This would help encourage spinning activities in view of the increasing demand. The loan would be to the extent of 60% of the project cost and has to be repaid in 10 years time, he added.
