SAINT TROPEZ, Aug 25: There was no sign today of the yacht on board which Princess Diana and her alleged beau Dodi Al-Fayed are believed to have taken during their second Mediterranean cruise this month.

Anxious paparazzi saw the yacht slip out of Saint Tropez's harbour yesterday, but there was no sign of the alleged lovers who had been staying at the Al-Fayed mansion here since Friday.

Although a media helicopter and a few speed boats had pursued the departing vessel for a while, they soon returned to resume their vigil of the Al-Fayed residence.
