CHENNAI, August 24: The East Coast Road, from Palavakkam in suburban Chennai, right upto Muttukkadu, has become a haven for enroachments, and negotiating the road is becoming increasingly difficult for traffic. With an amusement park en route, attracting a large number of tourists, a collection of eateries have sprouted, apart from pavement shops selling a variety of wares.
