BANGALORE, August 24: City Corporation hospitals here are to go green, by growing herbs under an India Population Project VIII, undertaken with help from the Forest Department and former special secretary to the government (Ecology), A N Yellappa Reddy. Doctors working at the hospitals will be trained in the use of the medicinal plants. The herbs will be used in the treatment of a range of problems, from allergies to deficient infant health.
