CHENNAI, Aug. 24: Two more chain snatching incidents in the city reflect the poor preparedness of the city police and their attitude in filing FIRs regarding these cases. A resident of Besant Nagar, here, a retired RBI clerk was robbed of a gold chain by a two-member gang in a motorcycle. In another incident, a lady was robbed of her gold chains weighing 13 sovereigns at Nungambakkam, here, this morning when she ventured out of her house to purchase milk.
