CHENNAI, Aug. 24: The People's Colony Welfare Association has declared some areas of Anna nagar as 'litter-free' zones which was recently inaugurated by the State health minister, Arcot N Veerasamy. They also put forth their demands towards beautifying the area and have demanded basic facilities such as underground cables instead of over-ground cables as they prove difficult for planting trees, and provision of faciltities such as water and lights.
