GUWAHATI: The special bench of the Guwahati High Court today ordered Tata Tea managing director R K Krishna Kumar, its executive director S M Kidwai and senior executive K Sridhar to appear before the court in person on Friday next. The bench, consisting of Justice V D Gyani and Justice N S Singh, listed the case on November 7 as the original documents relating to the case had not arrived from the Mumbai High Court.

Tytler faces probe

NEW DELHI: The 1984 anti-Sikh riot case hearing today took a turn for the dramatic, when the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who was directed to investigate the death of three persons, told the Delhi High Court that it would register two First Information Reports (FIRs) and probe into the alleged role of the former Union minister, Jagdish Tytler in the killings.
