Partyline -- Parikh's denial

GANDHINAGAR: Gujarat Chief Minister Dilip Parikh on Wednesday said there was no differences among the ruling Rashtriya Janata Party ministers. Parikh's clarification came in the wake of a press report that the government's `remote control' was in the hands of Shankersinh Vaghela.

Kanshi's fears

LUCKNOW: Bahujan Samaj Party president Kanshi Ram on Wednesday expressed fears the Bharatiya Janata Party might use ``money power'' to repeat the ``Uttar Pradesh episode'' at the Centre to grab power. ``The money may be used to buy over MPs after the party's successful experience in UP,'' Kanshi Ram said. The BSP supremo said he was ready to face such a challenge.

Sikkim alliance

GANGTOK: Sikkim's opposition leader Nar Bahadur Bhandari has said that his party -- the Sikkim Sangram Parishad -- could enter into a possible alliance with the Congress. He claimed that the Congress high command was in touch with him.
