New heads for school tribunals

MUMBAI, Nov 11: The Maharashtra government has appointed two regular presiding officers for School Tribunals in Nashik and Chandrapur. Judge S R Malpani of the Mumbai Small Causes Court has been appointed as the presiding officer of Nashik School Tribunal for three years. A A Lad, Civil Judge, senior division, has been relieved of his charge as presiding officer and has been sent on deputation to the High Court. In another case, B S Wasnik, joint civil judge (senior division) Jalgaon, has been appointed as presiding officer of school tribunal, Chandrapur, in place of G N Divekar.
