DMK also favours snap elections
The Dravida Munnetra Kazagam (DMK) president and Tamil Nadu chief minister M Karunanidhi has called the general elections in the country unavoidable under the present political circumstances. He further asserted that there was no question of the DMK quitting from the UF Government and that regardless of what the BJP gained from the current scenario, the Congress was the main loser in the game.

The Andhra Pradesh government on Saturday claimed to have identified the main culprit behind the bomb blast in the city a few days ago, based on the transactions relating to the Fiat car which was used to plant the explosive. A cash reward of Rs 5 lakh has been announced for those providing information about the whereabouts of Gangula Suryanarayana Reddy. Reddy is a close associate of former MLA S V Ramana Reddy, who surrendered to the police within a day after the incident on November 19.
