SEBI probe into Chhabria stake in Hebertsons The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has begun investigations into the acquisition of 47.5% stake by Kishore Chhabria in Herbertsons Ltd. The regulatory body, apparently not satisfied with the reply that it got for a show-cause notice issued to Chhabria, has sent the relevant papers to its investigation and vigilance department for scrutiny and necessary action.
