CHJJIANG MAI (THAILAND) Dec 10: India's Neelam Laxmi claimed a bronze today in the Womens' World Weightlifting Championship here as the Chinese women continued with their domination with Yanqing Chen taking gold medals in the 64-kg category.

Chen lifted a total of 230 kg and also took the clean and jerk title with 130 kg, going on to set a world record.

The snatch in the category was won by Taiwan's Jui-Lien Chen with 102.5 kg. She was also overall second with a total of 225 kg. India's Neelam Laxmi, the 1995 runner-up, was overall third with 217.5 kg.
